As the team's Managing Broker, Freba provides the leadership, structure, and guidance that keep the entire operation running at a high level. She oversees compliance, supports agents through complex transactions, and ensures that every client receives ethical, informed, and professional service.
Freba's role extends far beyond daily oversight. She is deeply involved in the real estate industry at the local, state, and national levels, serving on multiple committees that help shape policy, elevate professional standards, and strengthen the future of the industry.
Her passion for service also reaches into the community through Habitat for Humanity's Selection Committee, as President of Downtown Yakima Kiwanis, and as a Board Member of Petals for Patients.
